FAQ
- How long is the trial?
- 7 days. Your card is charged on day 8 — you can cancel any time before that.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime. Go to Account → Manage billing to cancel or switch plans. Access continues until the end of the current period.
- How does the Mac app know I'm subscribed?
- Sign in with the same Google account on the website and in the Mac app. The app checks your subscription automatically.
- What if I'm locked out during a focus block?
- Open System Settings → Screen Time and toggle Screen Time off — this removes any Mersus restriction immediately.
